THE EFFECT OF SERVICE QUALITY DIMENSIONS ON HEMODIALYSIS PATIENT SATISFACTION IN INDONESIA

Background: Chronic kidney disease is a catastrophic ranked second in Indonesia for high health costs. The number of renal units has rapidly increased since the launch National Health Insurance program 2014. Its increase was accompanied by patients. Aim: This study analyzed effect service quality dimensions on patient satisfaction with hemodialysis care. Methods: used cross-sectional design and quantitative method. It retrieved data from respondents who had undergone care at hospitals clinics Jakarta surroundings. PLS-SEM approach to analyze data. Results: Eight were proven influence overall directly impact satisfaction. influential included facilities organization service, attending nurses assistants, attention psychological administrative issues, medical care, nutrition medication supply quality, features administration process, given head nurse. All these affected as dependent variable. strong predictive accuracy, thus it can be replicable future research different populations. Conclusion: demonstrated eight that affect patients both hospital clinic services.
